Images and Content Rights

Images you create: You retain all rights to images you generate using Nano Bananary. However, please note:

• Generated images are subject to Google Gemini API's terms of service
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws
• You must respect copyrights and trademarks when using source images
• Commercial use is permitted under the MIT License

You agree NOT to use Nano Bananary to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Violate any person's intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent or interfere with security features
• Use automated systems to access the service excessively
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Create content for spam, phishing, or malware distribution

API Keys and Third-Party Services

Google Gemini API

Nano Bananary requires a Google Gemini API key to function. By using this service:

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API key
• You agree to comply with Google's Gemini API Terms of Service
• You are responsible for any charges incurred through API usage
• You must keep your API key secure and confidential
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from Google's API service

Your API Key Security

Your API key is stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. However:

• You are solely responsible for the security of your API key
• We recommend using API key restrictions in Google Cloud Console
• You should never share your API key with others
• If your key is compromised, revoke it immediately in Google Cloud Console

Nano Bananary IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the service will meet your expectations
